Bone Health

The body is continually rebuilding bone mass, and when we age this process becomes slower, and we lost bone mass quicker than it can be rebuild resulting in a decrease in bone mass. A diet rich in vitamin D, vitamin K and other vital nutrients, combined with regular physical activity, can help maintain bone density.
