If you have feeble levels of certain vitamins, you may get health problems. For instance, if you do not get sufficient vitamin C, you may become anaemic. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, which is one of the principal building blocks of bone. Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which plays a role in your immune system and metabolic processes. Vitamin K aids your body by making proteins for healthy bones and tissues and produces proteins for blood clotting. The B vitamins help the process your body uses to get or make energy from the food you eat, also helping form red blood cells. Furthermore, some vitamins may help prevent medical problems. Like Vitamin A prevents night blindness.
